Job Summary
Senior Manager, Planning, Sales Operations & Logistics leads demand planning, S&OP, and end-to-end fulfillment to deliver a single operating plan across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include owning demand forecasting, translating forecasts into supply and production plans, managing inventory targets and safety stock, overseeing logistics to ensure on-time delivery, driving cross-functional alignment among Sales, Procurement, Finance, and other teams, and establishing operational cadences with KPI dashboards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years in planning/supply chain or sales operations, experience with S&OP, and strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills; MBA is a strong plus. The role involves collaboration with multiple functions, a focus on process improvement, and accountability for delivering aligned, efficient execution. Note: The position requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and may involve security-clearance considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field of study required
- An advanced technical degree or an MBA is a strong plus
- At least 7+ years overall experience in planning, supply chain, or sales operations
- Experience with S&OP and demand planning processes
- Experience managing logistics and fulfillment operations
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrates documentation skills and proficient with PC office applications
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaborative drive and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative, proactive work ethic and prioritization skills
