Job Summary
Senior Manager - Planning and Monitoring within Qiddiya Investment Company’s City Operations. Responsibilities include owning the City Ops annual operational planning cycle, designing and maintaining the performance management framework with KPIs and targets, producing executive dashboards and performance reports for Director and C-suite audiences, chairing review forums, maintaining risk and issues logs, partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition for headcount planning, and mentoring 2–4 direct reports. Requires 8–12 years' experience in management consulting, strategy, or operational planning; strong ability to design and run performance management systems; executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences; fluency in Arabic and English is advantageous; proficiency with Power BI, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint to QIC MBB standards; experience with megaproject or destination operations is a plus. Saudi national preferred, with emphasis on diversity commitments.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or operational planning; MBB or Big 4 Strategy background strongly preferred
- Proven track record designing and running performance management systems in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint to QIC MBB-style presentation standards
- Experience in megaproject, giga-project, or destination operations environments is a plus
