Job Summary
Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with electrophysiologists, medical associations, and key influences across EMEA. Define engagement activities such as advisory boards and voice of customer events to gather insights, while co-developing action plans with regional leadership. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical affairs, and R&D to drive company-wide partnership activities and ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. Track progress on physician-related projects, synthesize customer insights to inform business strategy, and support product launch activities and conference planning. Manage physician engagement tracking software and update engagement data monthly to ensure quality reporting. This role reports to the Director, Education and Physician Partnerships within the EMEA partnerships organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Masters in related field
- MBA
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Med Tech, Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology
- Experience in EP Clinical, Sales, Key Account Management, Clinical Science, or other related Commercial experience
- Experience in working closely in a high-volume, efficient, and sophisticated EP account and with high profile EPs/KOLs
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Can effectively communicate sense of direction, along with setting expectations of performance and results
- Sets, communicates, and holds self and team accountable to clear and measurable goals
- Understands organizational dynamics, business concepts and issues
- Strong project management experience in managing expectations of internal and external partners, including gathering deliverable requirements, and supporting business requests
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic approach with ability to operationalize insights
- Ethical integrity and compliance orientation
- 100% remote role involving up to 50% of travel
