Job Summary
Oversee the strategy, design, and execution for complex, multi-account pharmacy programs from inception through evolution. Collaborate with market, sales, operations, and product teams to develop effective strategies that align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and corporate goals. Collect and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive business development and program assessment protocols. Manage program resources to achieve cost, performance, and quality objectives while maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Coordinate related projects to ensure alignment with the broader pharmacy business strategy and GainwellRx platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field
- Proven experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or another related field
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Previous experience with product or program management
- Strategic planning and implementation
- Collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Regulatory compliance
- Performance monitoring and improvement
- Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
