Senior Manager - Pharmacy

Manage clinical pharmacy programs and services for a complex specialty-based area or multiple sites within the Mayo Clinic Health System. Maintain an active clinical practice in Medical Oncology or Hematology while providing visible leadership and advocacy for clinical pharmacy. Implement and coordinate a comprehensive program that incorporates best practices, emphasizes patient safety and optimized outcomes, and delivers high-value care. Ensure all quality, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards are met or exceeded while supporting departmental and institutional strategic priorities. Actively participate in pharmacy education programs and scholarly activity. This role requires a recognized pharmacy leader to align services with the overall department program and support the broader local pharmacy leadership team.
