Job Summary
Senior Manager, perioperative leadership responsible for client-facing engagements that tackle complex business and technical challenges in healthcare operations. Leads programs with multiple workstreams, oversees delivery quality, contributes to business development, mentors team members, and may guide one or more team-based engagements while also functioning as a high-level individual contributor. Must demonstrate experience in perioperative services across inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory surgical settings, plus proven ability to analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and mitigate operational risk. Strong leadership, collaboration with client and internal stakeholders, and ability to travel up to 80% are required.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree required
- 10+ years of experience
- Ability to work on-site as requested
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
- Provides perioperative services experience will be a plus
- Experience analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements in clinical environments to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Experience with hospital operations leadership roles
- Preferred direct perioperative/ambulatory surgical center leadership role
