Job Summary
Senior Manager, People Systems responsible for leading People System technology projects (primarily Workday) including configuration, reporting, data integration and data management. Serves as subject-matter expert on Workday-related technology initiatives, ensures adherence to IT Change Management and SOX guidelines, oversees daily Workday support for the global HR team, and troubleshoots payroll issues and data loads for regular/off-cycle payrolls. Role requires ensuring HR data is captured and maintained across systems, with emphasis on benefits administration, compliance (ACA) and secure handling of personnel data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field
- 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an HR technology role
- Evidence of completing Workday modules in HCM, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent Management
- Workday certification (current or prior) in Workday Payroll
- Workday HRIS projects; Workday business process configuration; Workday Security Administration
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Loads; Calc Fields and Custom Reports
- MS Project and SharePoint; Workday Worksheets configuration
- Utilization of Worksheets for HR data audits; macro-based tools using Worksheets
- Setup, maintenance and administration of U.S. benefits in Workday, including plan setups, open enrollment setup, ACA compliance and benefits setup to administer Qualified Life Events
