Senior Manager, People Partner - GTM

Senior Manager, People Partner for the GTM function who acts as a strategic operator partnering with the CRO and revenue leadership to shape the organisation, drive workforce planning, org design, headcount decisions, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics. Responsible for calibrating performance, coaching managers through difficult conversations, building management capability at scale, owning ER matters, and translating global People frameworks into local impact across US, Europe, and APAC. Requires trusted advisory experience to senior revenue leadership, deep expertise across the full people agenda (org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, ER, organizational change), and a bias for action with the ability to operate from strategy to hands-on delivery.
