Job Summary
Senior Manager leads end-to-end People Operations across assigned markets in EMEA, ensuring excellence across the employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers, documentation, Workday), data integrity, and scalable delivery. Oversees Employee Relations with risk management, policy interpretation, and local labour-law compliance; drives transformation initiatives with Enablement to adopt new processes and tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow). Partners with SVP Employee Relations, Legal and Compliance, and cross-hub teams to align global standards with local execution, foster DEIB, and enhance employee experience through governance, training, and proactive data insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM/PHR) preferred.
