Job Summary
Senior Manager, People & Culture role overseeing HR initiatives across employee lifecycle, onboarding, change management, employee engagement, performance guidance, compliance-based leadership training, LOA/IP/ADA processes, benefits enrollment support, and policy interpretation to ensure regulatory compliance and a positive workplace culture. Focuses on partnering with management to drive organizational effectiveness, retention, and employee relations while coaching leaders, enabling career development, and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions. Based onsite in Beverly Hills with a second listed location in Vernon, CA; core schedule typically Monday–Friday with standard business hours and onsite presence. Role emphasizes leadership, strategic HR programs, and collaboration with client groups to align people objectives with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Human Resource experience
- A bachelor's degree required
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resources (PHR) credentials are highly desirable
