Job Summary
Senior Manager, HR for Manila leads Advisory and Employee Relations for the site, serving as the local People function point of contact and overseeing the Manila HR Advisory and Employee Relations team. Partners with Legal, HR Compliance, Global HRBP, Rewards, Payroll, TA, and HR Services on complex people matters; manages ER cases, provides performance guidance, and supports organizational change with compliant, business-aligned solutions. Drives case management discipline, tooling, training, and reporting; focuses on improving processes, employee experience, and manager self-service. Requires 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of Philippine labour law and local employment practices;Bachelor's degree required; hybrid work model offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partnering and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labour law and local employment practices
- Experience managing complex ER cases, investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and organizational change
- Experience leading HR advisory delivery teams including ER
- Strong stakeholder management experience in a multinational, matrixed environment
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional HR partners including Legal, Compliance, Rewards, Payroll, TA, and HR Operations
- Strong case, documentation, reporting, and process improvement experience
- Experience using HR technology, automation, AI tools, or workflow improvements is preferred
