Job Summary
Lead payroll operations for a complex, multi-division organization with approximately 4,000 employees by overseeing processing, tax compliance, reconciliations, and issue resolution for salaried, hourly, union, and non-union staff. Partner with Accounting, Human Resources, and operational leadership to ensure accurate cost allocation, audit-ready labor data, and alignment with grant funding requirements. Drive process improvements, system optimization, and reporting to enhance decision-making while maintaining strong internal controls and federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.
