Job Summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships to manage key partnerships with infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners across EMEA, focusing on the Data & AI ecosystem. This role involves defining joint strategies, driving co-sell motions, and creating scalable programs to accelerate revenue and market expansion. Candidates should have experience in strategic partnership management, a solid understanding of the AI ecosystem, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include building and managing partnerships, developing innovative distribution models, and collaborating with sales and marketing organizations to achieve joint objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to develop compelling joint value propositions with partners
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success in collaborative partnerships with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing efforts, and building structured plans
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in roles focused on building and leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem with cloud and ISV partners
- Strong understanding of the companies, products, and use cases across AI/ML, cloud, and data
- Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA and at least one of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud
- Top-notch presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills
- Strong project and relationship management skills
