Job Summary
Lead the data analytics strategy for TruStage by partnering to design tracking methodologies, roll out analyses, forecast accuracy, and actionable insights. Manage a team to develop predictive models for revenue and risk, deliver analytics campaigns, and support data-driven decision making across product and business initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and stakeholder alignment while enabling innovative analytics solutions and ad-hoc analyses to uncover opportunities and optimize performance. Must have a strong foundation in SQL/SAS/Excel, experience with data mining and statistical techniques, and a track record of leading teams to deliver timely, high-impact analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, related functional field, i.e. Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in analytics with emphasis on data mining, quantitative analysis and financial metrics
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proficient in SQL, SAS and Excel
- Strong analytical skills including statistical significance, multivariate techniques, and correlation analysis
- Proven experience with relational databases
- Proven teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
