Job Summary
Senior Manager, Partner Field Operations to help define the strategy, insights, and priorities that drive growth across Snowflake's global partner ecosystem. Sits at the intersection of Partner, Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data & AI to identify opportunities to expand partner-led growth, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and inform key business decisions. Combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational execution to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations, leveraging ecosystem analytics, predictive insights, and business modeling to evaluate investments, optimize partner motions, and influence the evolution of the partner strategy and operating model. The role requires developing strategic recommendations, building financial models and business cases, and crafting executive-ready narratives to influence decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving partner strategy and growth, ecosystem intelligence and analytics, business planning and transformation, and cross-functional execution with teams across Sales, Partner, Finance, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data. A strong emphasis on AI-assisted planning, automation, and data-driven decision making, with expectations for 8+ years of relevant experience, advanced analytics skills (SQL, Excel), and exceptional communication and storytelling for executive audiences, plus familiarity with cloud/SaaS/data platforms and MBA or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, partner strategy, consulting, or related roles within high-growth technology companies
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, GTM strategies, and B2B customer acquisition, expansion, and retention motions
- Proven experience developing business cases, financial models, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data, forecasting, and AI-driven insights to influence decisions
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools; experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
- MBA or equivalent experience
