Job Summary
Lead the strategy and execution of the partner support operating model for Strategic Partnerships, building a scalable, partner-centric support function with measurable performance, governance, and automation. Manage and develop a team of support specialists and analysts; refine workflows, SLAs, and ticketing systems; expand self-service tools, documentation, and training to improve scalability; and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, CRM, and Student Services to align operations and drive better partner and internal stakeholder experiences. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related roles, plus 3+ years of people management; hands-on Salesforce CRM and data visualization (Tableau) skills; prior experience in higher education, partnership programs, or B2B sales operations is a bonus; location is in-office at WGU’s Salt Lake City, UT office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, B2B sales, customer success operations, or higher education operations with a customer or partner-facing component
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Experience managing support workflows, ticket queues, and SLA-driven processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
