Senior Manager Partner Capability

Senior Manager, Partner Capability responsible for ensuring Retail Service Providers have the tools, processes and support to connect, operate and assure nb nservices; leads development and delivery of the RSP capability and change roadmap, coordinates RSP pilots and trials, and drives continuous improvement of RSP processes and implementation practices. Oversees governance and change controls to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities, while managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement to represent strategic business needs. Provides commercial, regulatory, financial and risk-modelling leadership to assess obligations, service levels and operational changes, partnering with internal teams to support executive decision-making and performance outcomes. Requires strong leadership, advanced problem-solving, technical acumen, and expertise in full lifecycle project/program management, including planning, risk management, communications and benefits realization, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions while navigating operational and commercial challenges. A highly motivated, customer-centric leader who can drive capability delivery, structured change and process improvement, uniting stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.
