Job Summary
Senior Manager, Paid Media responsible for the $78M paid media portfolio supporting Chamberlain University enrollment and program launches. Own budget pacing, forecasting, accruals, and financial health; translate enterprise strategy into channel plans and agency briefs; manage day-to-day agency relationships; synthesize cross-channel performance into actionable reallocations using MMM, incrementality, and Salesforce attribution; build dashboards and reporting for executive audiences; lead test-and-learn initiatives and coordinate across creative, web, enrollment, and analytics; prepare performance summaries for senior leadership; travel up to 25%; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing or related field; Master's Degree MBA preferred
- 7+ years of marketing experience in corporate marketing or advertising agency environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets
- Local marketing experience; experience in inquiry generation for direct sales force preferred
