Job Summary
Senior Manager, Paid Media responsible for crafting cross-channel digital advertising strategies and leading campaigns across social, search, and programmatic channels for political campaigns and government affairs clients. You will strategize with clients, launch and optimize campaigns, mentor junior team members, analyze performance data to maximize ROI, collaborate with publishers to build media plans, manage multiple budgets, and assist with ad copy and landing page content. Strong leadership, data interpretation, and client-facing reporting skills are required, along with hands-on experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360), major social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, X), tag management systems, and web analytics (Google Analytics). The role implies a senior-level workload with a readiness to work evenings/weekends as campaign deadlines necessitate.
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in digital paid media (social, search, and programmatic)
- Experience working in political campaigns or government affairs (required)
- Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar (required)
- Experience with social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, and X) (required)
- Experience with tag management systems and conversion tracking (required)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable client-facing reports
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet campaign deadlines
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
