Job Summary
Lead end-to-end packaging design lifecycle for multiple brands and licensees, from concept to production, while managing a team of 4 packaging designers and 2 project managers. Oversee design, structure, substrates, and production of collateral; ensure packaging is on-brand, functional, cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant with regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global vendors to keep projects on time and on budget, mentor designers, and drive high-quality creative outcomes in fast-fashion/club wholesale environments.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a senior packaging designer or packaging design leader
- Ability to lead and mentor design teams
- Experience with packaging concept development and approving physical proofs
- Experience working with global vendors and international production timelines
- Strong communication skills and collaboration across cross-functional teams
