Job Summary
Senior Manager, OT Security Architect responsible for leading offshore delivery and delivering OT security assessments, architecture reviews, and remediation planning for industrial control systems. Key duties include designing secure OT architectures with segmentation and remote access controls, integrating OT monitoring tools with SIEM/MDR, producing technical reports and architecture diagrams, coordinating with regional delivery teams, collaborating with OT security partners, and mentoring junior staff. Requires strong knowledge of OT security standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82), familiarity with Nozomi Networks or Claroty, and ability to work across time zones with global clients; demonstrated delivery-focused approach and ability to balance security recommendations with operational realities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of OT Security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82.
- Proficiency with OT-specific security tools and frameworks (e.g., Nozomi Networks, Claroty).
- Experience with OT security monitoring platforms and cross-functional delivery across regions (EMEA, North America, India).
