Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) will lead strategic enterprise-wide organizational development and change management initiatives within Edwards Lifesciences. This role requires developing and planning large OCM projects, providing direction and guidance for project teams, and performing OCM analysis to inform organizational decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong management consulting background, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, and proven experience in OCM strategies and methodologies. This position demands excellent communication, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with 10 years of previous related experience
- Master's Degree or equivalent, in related field with 8 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or other related technical areas
- Proven success developing targeted written communications to support the OCM strategy
- Proven success utilizing an Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR)
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related tools
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
- Proven success in managing two or more concurrent projects and initiatives
- Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization
- Expert knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to organizational effectiveness
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to represent leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and client groups
Additional Requirements
- Occasional travel, up to 30% annually, may be required to support business needs
