Job Summary
Senior Manager, Order Management – Partnership NPI & Automation leads third-party marketplace operations and automation across the order lifecycle for cloud marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure). Own end-to-end order management, pricing configuration, and lifecycle for marketplace transactions; serve as operational liaison with external marketplace teams; build SOX controls; identify and implement automation across the quote-to-cash lifecycle; lead operational readiness for new product launches across partner channels; conduct UAT and translate new commercial models into operational requirements; collaborate across Go-to-Market Systems, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Billing Engineering to ensure compliant, scalable order management. Emphasizes scalable processes, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization; requires extensive experience in SaaS order management, revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), and experience with marketplace integrations and ERP/billing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Expert understanding of quote-to-cash processes for SaaS, covering both subscription and consumption-based business models across B2B products
- Hands-on experience with third-party marketplace integrations (AWS Marketplace, GCP Marketplace, Azure Marketplace), including private offers and metered/consumption billing
- Extensive experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday Financial, Zuora)
- Proven track record leading large-scale strategic and automation initiatives end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders—including technical and external partners—and influence without direct authority
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
