Job Summary
Partner with executive leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategy. Own people processes with a data-driven lens, evaluating opportunities to leverage AI and automation. Lead company-wide performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and career development programs while coaching managers through employee relations and organizational change. Drive strategic initiatives to improve engagement, learning, and retention, including Mento and LinkedIn Learning programs. Develop scalable manager enablement tools and audit compliance documentation. Mentor the People Team as we scale and jump in cross-functionally to improve how the company works.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in people-focused roles at high-growth technology companies
- Strong HR Operations, HR Business Partner, or related experience with demonstrated success working with, coaching, and influencing executives and senior leaders
- Experience leading company-wide talent initiatives including performance management, compensation, organizational design, and leadership development
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
- Exceptional business judgment and ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building programs from the ground up
- A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Resilience, flexibility and the ability to work quickly and effectively cross-functionally
- Proficient in using HRIS systems for identifying process improvements and efficiencies, data management, analytics and automation opportunities
