Senior Manager or Associate Director, CMC Project Management

Job Summary
Lead all project initiation and planning efforts for STA, WuXi's API, and Drug Product development and manufacturing division, establishing objectives, timelines, and deliverables while monitoring progress to ensure completion on schedule and within budget. Closely manage day-to-day communications with client contacts, organize team meetings, and serve as the liaison for external research collaborations. Support business development activities by joining customer visits, conferences, and trade shows, and contribute to proposals and timelines for new client relationships. Requires English and Mandarin language skills, a Master's or PhD in life sciences, and at least four years of pharmaceutical or CMO experience, with approximately 25% travel.
