Senior Manager, Optical Laboratory - Manufacturing

Lead all aspects of the Northern California Optical Manufacturing Lab in Richmond, CA, managing a team of 110+ FTEs and 5 direct reports to produce 450K eyeglass orders annually. Optimize productivity while achieving quality eyeglasses and high member satisfaction by leading teams to meet key metrics including Turnaround Time, quality, first pass yield, and satisfaction scores. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, procedures, and KPs Principles of Responsibility while identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting employee engagement in a Labor Management Partnership environment. Manage a 24-hour x 5 days per week manufacturing organization based at 930 Marina Way South Richmond, CA, with current onsite requirements and potential for one day of remote work.
