Job Summary
Senior Supply Chain Manager for the Supply Chain Excellence Team leading cross-functional groups to identify operational solutions, drive continuous improvement, and remove roadblocks to ensure suppliers deliver affordable, high-quality parts on time. Responsibilities include supplier collaboration, process optimization aligned with strategic goals, risk management and root-cause investigations, and project management to support the Core operating system. Travel ~25-30% (up to 40%), onsite in Bengaluru, India; collaborating across departments to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- BE or Master's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 12+ years prior relevant experience in Supply chain /Procurement, preferably manufacturing
- Meaningful experience with suppliers
- Project management and/or process improvement/Lean experience
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Aerospace experience (Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, and related aerospace/defense industry)
