Job Summary
Senior Manager- Operations responsible for overseeing queue management on Salesforce/workflow tools, taking ownership to improve delivery quality, analyzing Standard Transaction Time, and enhancing end-to-end customer journeys. Lead and motivate the team through performance reviews and coaching, manage training needs and mentor at least two colleagues, liaise with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance and controls, and drive process improvements in collaboration with Process Excellence and Technology/Digital functions to impact customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline
- 3-4 years of experience as a Team Manager in the Financial/Insurance sector
- Knowledge of UK regulations and governing authorities
- Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency
- Understanding of workflow & resource management
- People management experience
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline
- Ability to manage hybrid teams
- Strong analytical capabilities
