Senior Manager, Operations Quality

Senior Manager, Operations Quality leads and supervises senior professionals across multiple functions to uphold and improve the site Quality Management System, drive quality objectives, and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IPC, AS, TL). Responsibilities include directing performance metrics for complex products/processes, leading Quality Improvement Programs (QIP), mentoring staff in Quality management, resolving high-difficulty customer issues using quality tools (Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions), supporting material nonconformances and audits (ESD, 3rd party audits), coordinating RCC RMA processes, supporting supplier assessments and New Product Introduction with documentation and First Article Inspections for moderate-to-high risk programs, and applying Quality tools and project management to achieve production quality and timelines. Preferred skills include extensive knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing, SPC, 5S, VSM, FMEA, QC Plan development, and strong communication and leadership abilities in a manufacturing environment.
