Job Summary
Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple project workstreams while assessing operational risks and identifying opportunities to improve organizational resilience. Design and implement Operational Risk Management frameworks, systems, and improvement programmes by facilitating executive workshops, assessments, and stakeholder engagements. Oversee project execution to ensure quality, impact, and timely delivery, while coaching teams and supporting account growth through proposal development. Partner with senior client stakeholders to strengthen risk management capabilities and embed effective risk-based decision making across complex, high-risk operating environments in the DACH region.
