Job Summary
Senior Manager of Operations partnering with the COO to scale operations in a startup-style precision medicine environment. You will help embed compliance-by-design processes, develop operational frameworks, build dashboards, streamline workflows, and ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned and accountable to strategic goals. You’ll act as the operational “glue” across Scientific Services, Member Navigation, Technology, Compliance, and Leadership—turning vision into measurable outcomes by owning day-to-day operations, managing workflows, SOPs, and cross-functional initiatives, while ensuring SOC/HIPAA regulatory adherence and real-time leadership reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations in healthcare, health-tech, or regulated industries
- PMP certification required
- proven experience owning end-to-end operational processes from design through adoption
- strong project management experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments
- working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulated healthcare operations
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and clinical teams
- comfort with ambiguity and startup environments, building structure without bureaucracy
