Senior Manager, Operations Engineering

Direct the primary engineering functions at Bigbelby, integrating manufacturing quality, production engineering, and vendor quality management to guarantee superior quality and robust scalability. Lead the design and implementation of the Quality Management System, oversee ISO 9001 and 14001 development, and manage root-cause analysis and CAPA programs for production and field issues. Manage the production engineering team responsible for assembly line design, process optimization, and tooling development while driving lean manufacturing initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste. Oversee supplier quality engineering responsibilities, including vendor qualification, audits, and development programs to enhance quality, delivery, and cost for key mechanical, electrical, and solar component vendors. Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team covering quality, production, and supplier engineering to support new product launches and international expansion.
