Job Summary
Design and implement TD's Change Governance programs, including NBPA Policy, while monitoring Change & Delivery Risk against evolving regulatory expectations. Collaborate with risk and business partners to coordinate delivery, own program enhancements, and integrate target states into EGRC ServiceNow. Consolidate and communicate the Change & Delivery Risk Sub-Major Risk Category view to senior management, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards. Represent TD as a subject matter expert in meetings with regulators and industry working groups, while identifying and developing a diverse talent pipeline. Conduct periodic benchmarking of methodologies against industry best practices to ensure sustainable risk management.
