Job Summary
Senior Manager Operational Excellence, Systems and Transformation leads enterprise workflow design and vendor selection to build technology-enabled operating models for a national home-based healthcare platform; responsible for establishing configuration standards, defining performance measures and ROI, integrating vendor data with enterprise data, prioritizing features, and translating pilot learnings into a standardized operating model. Travel approximately 35% and collaborate with executive leaders, external partners, and internal technical resources to ensure architectural integrity and scalable deployment across sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in operational transformation, workflow design, enterprise systems implementation, or management consulting
- Healthcare or multi-site service industry experience preferred
