Senior Manager

Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function by monitoring SLA/KPIs, identifying cost reduction opportunities through process streamlining, and driving continuous improvement in service levels. Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews, and collaborate with functional leaders to share best practices. Aids recruitment, selection, and training of buyers while interacting with customers to assure needs are met, inform them of lead times and price changes, and perform necessary follow-up between customers and vendors. Add or request new vendor setups as required. This Senior Manager role supports Corporate operations and strategic directions within the procurement team.
