Job Summary
Design, develop, and manage projects from business case development through execution while delivering results aligned with group goals. Establish and maintain internal governance activities, including records management, access control, and centralization of attestation processes. Prepare executive-level reporting for supervisory agencies and lead peer bank benchmarking and Business Continuity Plan coordination. Conduct analysis to inform strategic recommendations, develop roadmaps for execution, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement operational programs. Lead change management activities, manage performance, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
- Experience in operational risk or compliance in banking/financial services
