Job Summary
Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management responsible for managing Business Unit cost, schedule and technical performance to achieve on-time delivery, quality, and affordability. Leads complex subcontracts (hardware, software, services) and ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS, develops spending plans and variance reports, manages budgets, and supports Small Business initiatives. Recruits and directs team performance, navigates program leadership, and maintains effective communication across stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree with substantial related experience (or an advanced degree with commensurate experience) and eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance. Strong leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and Lean Six Sigma capabilities are emphasized; aerospace/defense domain knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of related experience.
