Job Summary
Direct-hire, onsite leadership role to own the supply chain end-to-end in a fast-growing, founder-led packaging manufacturer. Hands-on responsibility for vendor management with overseas purchasing teams, inbound ocean freight, inventory strategy, 3PL relationships, and WMS/SOP development, reporting to the CEO in Arcadia. Requires Mandarin bilingual capability and experience with Taiwan/China vendors, ocean freight, customs, and import logistics; strong foundation in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP; ERP/WMS experience; opportunity for 10–20% bonus and equity participation. Office-based with 1 day remote per week after 90 days; base salary up to $145K with bonus; US Citizens and Permanent Residents welcome; sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Mandarin bilingual required
- 5–12 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics
- Hands-on experience managing overseas vendor relationships (Taiwan or China)
- Strong working knowledge of ocean freight, customs compliance, and import logistics
- Solid foundation in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP
- Background in a founder-led startup or lean environment
- ERP and/or WMS experience
