Senior Manager of Project Management

Independently plan, lead, and drive complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through full implementation, partnering directly with executive sponsors to define scope, objectives, and governance. Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, change management, and stabilization while navigating cross-functional priorities and driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams. Anticipate risks and interdependencies to proactively develop mitigation strategies, then prepare and deliver polished, executive-ready presentations and written communications that distill complex initiatives into clear narratives. Facilitate executive-level meetings, provide concise reporting, and keep the Senior Director informed on developments, risks, and key decisions. Escalate strategic risks and sensitive stakeholder issues as appropriate while overseeing multiple high-impact initiatives concurrently. Serve as a mentor to junior PMO members and contribute to strengthening project management standards within the PMO.
