Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing Partner Success team in Australia, build trusted relationships with partners to maximise engagement and retention, drive strategic initiatives that accelerate partner growth and long-term value, leverage data and insights to inform decisions, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless partner experiences, set and track ambitious goals, and continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working in a hybrid Australia-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in partner success, account management or customer success within technology or SaaS
- Proven leadership experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, partner-focused environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and retention outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence and lead through change
- Ability to translate vision into actionable plans and strategies
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Must hold valid right to work in Australia
