Senior Manager of Housing and Community Integration

Oversee Managers and Supervisors by providing guidance, training staff, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to agency policies and procedures. Participate in staffing and shadowing for quality assurance while representing the program and coordinating with community partners and funders. Obtain data sets for timely reports and assist in obtaining or stabilizing grant funding opportunities. Lead or collaborate on conference presentations and ensure program compliance with annual monitors from various funders. Streamline policies based on federal, state, and local requirements while managing Dayforce maintenance, timecard reviews, PTO approvals, and disciplinary reviews. Ensure staff interactions comply with Arizona Administrative Code, CARF, and CBI policies.
