Job Summary
Partner with enterprise hyperscale customers to capture, validate, and track global rolling demand signals, technical roadmaps, and deployment timelines. Translate external forecasts into executable material plans by synchronizing with internal Supply Chain Planning and evaluating manufacturing capacity models across global sites. Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning engine, driving cross-functional alignment between Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Production Operations. Resolve resource constraints when demand outstrips available production or component supply, and develop reporting dashboards utilizing AI to track metrics. Mentor a high-performing team of specialized demand planners and data analysts across multiple programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience
- Experience focusing heavily on manufacturing demand forecasting
- Experience in multi-site capacity planning
- Experience in production scheduling
- Experience within a high-tech manufacturing, OEM, or EMS environment
- Substantial experience managing direct relationships with major B2B enterprise customers
- Experience negotiating timelines
- Experience facilitating complex data exchanges
- Advanced command of enterprise planning platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, John Galt)
- Deep data proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or APICS/CPIM certification
- Deep working familiarity with hardware lifecycles
- Deep working familiarity with memory/CPU components
- Deep working familiarity with the unique, fluid demand structures of major tier-1 cloud hyperscalers
