Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in content/digital strategy, creative leadership, or campaign management at an agency, political campaign, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization

- Proven ability to manage creative talent and external vendors effectively
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing digital storytelling, creative strategy, and performance-driven campaigns
- Deep understanding of paid media, digital platforms, content strategy, and analytics
- Excellent writing and messaging skills, with experience crafting scripts, digital content, and campaign narratives
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
