Job Summary
Senior Manager of Caselaw Content Expansion overseeing management and expansion of caselaw content initiatives, with emphasis on leveraging Generative AI developments. Manages Content Legal Specialist teams, Content Analysis teams, and COOL teams across multiple regions; collaborates with Product to manage content expansion initiatives; provides workforce planning to support product and AI initiatives; develops and implements strategies for expanding caselaw content; ensures timely delivery of expanded content to Lexis+ and other LexisNexis platforms; oversees budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations; develops SOPs and knowledge-sharing mechanisms; provides coaching, training, and talent development; drives automation and AI-first thinking; monitors quality across Generative AI and non-Generative AI workflows; supports BAU operations and global initiatives; communicates progress to senior leadership and aligns with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- JD required (or jurisdictional equivalent)
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- Strong process-orientation and ability to document best practices
- Experience supporting a team through organizational transformation/change
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize relevant information for Global Editorial Operations and commercial leaders
- Experience in utilizing Legal Research and LLM platforms (e.g., Lexis+AI, Protégé, Console, Co-Pilot, Chat GPT)
