Job Summary
Senior Manager of Analytics & Technology leading both analytics/BI and IT/technology-infrastructure functions. Owns dashboarding, data models, KPI development, governance, and vendor/systems oversight; partners with Solutions Design and senior leadership to align analytics with business priorities and to guide technology strategy. Responsibilities include building dashboards and dashboards’ data pipelines, managing integrations across ERP/BI platforms/data warehouse/automation tools, providing technical direction to analytics teams, and overseeing third-party managed services. Focus areas include AI/automation adoption, data governance, and scalable, future-ready data and technology infrastructure. Strong emphasis on independent leadership, strategic advisory to executives, and driving modernization initiatives using Power BI (and other BI platforms), SQL, APIs, and data integration technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience spanning analytics, BI, systems integration, and/or IT management or vendor oversight
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or comparable BI platform, with strong SQL skills and demonstrated experience building dashboards, models, and metrics
- Experience managing or coordinating with third-party technology vendors or managed service providers
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives to completion
- Strong communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and advise senior leaders clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated interest in and comfort with emerging technology, including AI and automation tools
- Strong project management capability with experience running multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ThoughtSpot, Qlik, Sigma, or comparable next-generation BI platforms
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts: networking, cloud environments, SaaS stack management, and security basics
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience are welcomed and will be considered
