Job Summary
Senior Manager Network Operations to lead a technical-writing and business-analyst team focused on standardizing, modernizing, and governing network program documentation. Drive governance, regulatory alignment, and high-quality documentation across the organization; orchestrate end-to-end documentation lifecycle; lead cross-functional collaboration with SMEs; champion automation and tooling to improve workflows and reduce redundancies; develop and enforce procedures and internal controls; lead release communications and stakeholder coordination; manage team performance and strategic direction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of experience in payment network operations
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement or workflow optimization
- At least 3 years of people leadership and performance management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile)
- Proven experience with modern documentation software and automation tools
- Experience in payment network operations
- Experience leading teams and driving process improvements
