Job Summary
Senior Manager, National Sales for Kroger Sparkling Soft Drinks responsible for developing annual business plans with Kroger’s Sparkling Soft Drink team, bottlers, and system inputs; drive Coca-Cola growth within customer management and bottler system; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver volume, profit, and share growth; grow the portfolio’s share versus Rest of Market; maintain strong relationships with customers and bottlers and ensure flawless execution of programs; manage system-wide customer expertise to align Company programs with customer objectives; travel up to 10% in Cincinnati, OH area; requires US work authorization (sponsorship not offered).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 3+ years of key account experience with beverage/consumer packaged goods
- sales, persuasion, negotiating, adaptability and managing a medium to large book of business
- experience with bottler environment and systems
- ability to develop and sell-in customer promotional programs and key initiatives
- excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data in an organized manner
