Job Summary
Senior Manager, Multicultural Brand Marketing responsible for leading Hispanic-focused brand-building efforts with bilingual storytelling. Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, translate business objectives into culturally resonant initiatives, manage external multicultural agency relationships, and drive measurement and performance narratives for senior leadership. Lead a bilingual team, collaborate with internal and external partners across media, analytics, sponsorships, retail, and corporate communications to deliver authentic, modern, and culturally grounded marketing that advances growth and awareness in Hispanic markets.
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree required
- 8+ years of marketing/brand management experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
