Job Summary
Conduct independent validation of models, stress points, and limitations against regulatory requirements and internal standards to confirm appropriateness and capability. Assess associated model risks, quantify outcomes, and recommend corrective actions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide technical advice to stakeholders, lead regulatory audits and examinations, and interpret emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making. Develop validation strategies, manage reporting frameworks, and drive change management initiatives to improve processes and data insights. Operate at an enterprise-wide level to build interdependent teams, coach employees, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on risk policy and strategic execution.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study
