Job Summary
Senior Manager to oversee System Operations and serve as the lead expert on Microsoft platforms and AI-enabled workplace technologies. Responsibilities include setting strategy and engineering standards for Microsoft 365, Azure, collaboration, identity, and endpoint services; building and developing a high-performing team; designing and governing enterprise AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI/OpenAI); driving automation using PowerShell and APIs; partnering with IT, security, and business teams to shape roadmaps and deliver capabilities; managing vendor relationships, licensing, budgeting, and resource planning; and bringing experience in regulated or government-contractor environments. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, extensive experience in system operations/platform engineering, hands-on AI capabilities governance, strong security/governance knowledge, scripting/automation skills, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
